Clear Terms for Meaningful
Alumni Sessions

The Alumni Session aims to provide prospective students with valuable insights and first-hand experiences shared by GCQ Study Abroad alumni who have successfully pursued international education. This session is intended to support informed decision-making in the student’s study abroad journey.

• • 1. The session will be conducted exclusively online via video conferencing platforms.
    2. Access details, including session links, will be shared only upon confirmation of eligibility.

1. The Alumni Session is free of cost; however, students must fulfill the eligibility criteria to participate.
2. Only one alumni session is permitted per student.
3. To be eligible:

4. • Students must pay a minimum commitment fee of ₹2,500, which is part of the total commitment fee of ₹10,000 + GST.

   • The ₹2,500 is not an additional charge but an advance toward the total commitment fee.

1. Each session will have a maximum duration of 55 minutes.

2. Students must join on time; no additional time will be given for late arrivals.

3. The session is interactive, and students are encouraged to ask relevant questions to gain insights from alumni experiences.

1. Alumni may choose to share only the information they are comfortable disclosing.

2. Students must respect the alumni’s privacy and boundaries at all times.

3. Strictly prohibited behaviors include:

   • Forcing or pressuring alumni to disclose sensitive information

   • Harassment, abusive language, or any form of misconduct

4. Consequences of misconduct:

   • Immediate termination of the session without refund

   • Possible legal action by GCQ Study Abroad for serious violations

1. Recording, distributing, or sharing the session in any form is strictly prohibited.

2. All information and experiences shared during the session must be treated as confidential and for personal use only.

1. Sessions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability of alumni.

2. Rescheduling requests:

   • Must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session

   • Approval is at the discretion of GCQ Study Abroad and not guaranteed

1. GCQ Study Abroad reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By making the commitment fee payment and booking the alumni session, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
